Michael
Convenient location near a shopping complex a stone-throw away, the airport, and Sherway Gardens in a central area. For tea or coffee visit The Danish Pastry House nearby. Lovely stay for 1 night, no complains at all.

Pleased it had a bathtub.

Dick
The room had a decent sized washroom. The staff were amicable and excellent at cooperating. The location was fantastic, very close to Dixie Outlet. It was not far from public transport and Toronto, also very close to Christmas and the Niagara Falls.

No noise from the hgiways nearby. To have our auto just olutside the door was most convenient.
would like to have had grab bar in bathroom - also why does the fan always have to be on (blaring) when the heat is on - somewhat noisy during the night.

The quality/cleanliness Of the rooms were better than any 5 star hotel you would find downtown for double the price..
I liked everything about the hotel for its low price... however the hotel has 2 buildings the Main one where you check in and another new building thats right next door.. I stayed in the new building. Dont know the conditions of the old one...

I liked the free parking. I liked the low building because I don't like highrises. I liked the mall, shops and restaurants nearby. I liked the tv and fridge/ice bucket were very comforting to have.
I did not like the smell of smoke in the room. It made me sick. I was absolutely shocked to find that the place smelled of smoke. This is Canada! Lose the indoor smoking already. I did not like coming across a porn channel while I was watching the morning news. I did not like the towels they were very rough and smelled of bleach. Toilet paper was rough too. Mostly I didn't like the scent of the room, a combination of stale smoke and toilet. I wished I could open the window and air it out. I did not like the noisy air conditioner.

Very clean bathroom. Very nice shower head. Nice complementary continental breakfast. Free Internet. Located near major gas station and an excellent all day breakfast restaurant. Also near several major expressways. Also liked individual temperature control in each room. No evidence of any bugs or bedbugs. Very polite staff. Nice decor, bed linens, comfortable beds and furnishings, nice microwave oven right in the room.
Poor ventilation in the room. Room had a very stuffy, stifling smell which was overpowering, possibly due to the wall to wall carpeting which appeared to have a smell and felt sticky and grimy to the touch. Carpeting definitely needed cleaning and freshning up. Remote control to TV was missing. Had to go get one from the front desk. Also much older model T.V. Room could use a newer model. Free coffe from lobby tasted like dishwater. Refridgerator in room not keeping drinks cold enough.
